INDUSTRIES / MANUFACTURING & WAREHOUSE

HOUSEKEEPING THAT PASSES AN OSHA WALK.

A plant floor is a safety document written in dust, spills, and faded lane paint. We run ride-on scrubbers across your aisles, pull dust off the high bay, clean the dock, and keep the break rooms usable for every shift, without stopping a single line.

WHAT MANUFACTURING & WAREHOUSE BUY FROM US

WHAT A PLANT MANAGER ACTUALLY NEEDS COVERED.

Industrial sites fail inspections on housekeeping and lose time to slips. Each lane below is scoped to your process, your shift pattern, and the hazards your safety team already tracks.

  • 01

    PRODUCTION FLOOR SCRUBBING

    Aisles, cells, staging

Ride-on sweeper and scrubber routes through racking aisles, work cells, and staging, sized to your square footage and run between shift changes.

  • 02

    HIGH-BAY AND OVERHEAD DUST

    Rafters, racking, fixtures

Lift-based cleaning of beams, joists, sprinkler heads, light fixtures, and upper racking where dust accumulates until it becomes a fire and air-quality issue.

  • 03

    DOCK AND LOADING AREAS

    Doors, pits, aprons

Dock door tracks, leveler pits, and exterior aprons cleaned and pressure washed, with winter salt and slush pulled back before it reaches the finished floor.

  • 04

    BREAK ROOMS AND LOCKER ROOMS

    Every shift, every day

Full service on shift-worker spaces including restrooms, showers, lockers, and vending areas, timed so crews clean between breaks rather than during them.

    See the service
  • 05

    SPILL AND HAZARD RESPONSE

    Oil, coolant, hydraulic

Absorbent application, degreasing, and surface restoration on oil and coolant spills, with the slip hazard cleared and logged the same shift it is reported.

    See the service
  • 06

    LINE STRIPING AND MARKINGS

    Forklift and pedestrian lanes

Repainting of traffic lanes, pedestrian walkways, equipment footprints, and hazard zones so the layout your safety plan describes is the one on the floor.

ONE FACILITY MANAGER WHO WORKS AROUND YOUR PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

MANUFACTURING & WAREHOUSE QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.

Can you clean without shutting down a line?

Yes. Routes are built around changeovers, shift breaks, and weekend downtime, and the floor is worked zone by zone so equipment never blocks an active aisle. If a scheduled window disappears because production ran long, the work moves rather than interrupts.

Do you handle oil and coolant spills?

Routine process spills yes, including absorbent, degreasing, and restoring traction on the surface. Anything classified as hazardous waste goes to a licensed abatement contractor, and we coordinate that call rather than pretending it is a housekeeping task.

How often should high-bay dust cleaning happen?

Most plants land on annual or semiannual, driven by process dust load and insurance requirements. Facilities generating combustible dust need a tighter cycle, and we scope that from your dust hazard analysis rather than a default frequency.

Can you repaint forklift and pedestrian lanes?

Yes. Striping is scheduled during downtime with a coating suited to the floor and the traffic, and we can mark equipment footprints, hazard zones, and staging squares at the same time. Faded lanes are one of the fastest things a safety auditor writes up.

What about the dock in a Minnesota winter?

Salt and slush get dragged in on every pallet jack and forklift wheel. We increase dock apron and entry frequency through the season and neutralize salt residue so it stops chewing on the floor coating and creating slick spots inside.
