SERVICES WE MANAGE
EVERY TRADE YOUR BUILDING NEEDS, UNDER ONE AGREEMENT.
Cleaning is where most clients start. Within a year, most have moved lighting, HVAC, grounds, snow, and repairs onto the same agreement, because a single accountable manager beats nine invoices and nine phone numbers.

WHY BUILDINGS SWITCH TO PARAMOUNT
MANAGED, NOT SUBCONTRACTED AND FORGOTTEN.
Anyone can hand you a crew. The difference is what happens in month seven, when the crew changes, the scope drifts, and nobody is measuring. We built the company around that month.
VETTED + INSURED
Licensing, insurance, capacity, and references verified before a crew is assigned, and certificates kept current on file.
SCORED INSPECTIONS
Walkthroughs graded against your written scope, with photos and a corrective action log you can read.
PREVENTIVE CALENDAR
Quarterly HVAC, semiannual roof checks, annual backflow tests, and seasonal work scheduled before it becomes an emergency.
24/7 RESPONSE
One number for water, no-heat, power loss, storm damage, and lockouts, with incident reports after every call.

QUESTIONS FROM MINNESOTA FACILITY MANAGERS
STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.
What areas of Minnesota do you serve?
We manage commercial facility services across the entire state, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, the full Twin Cities metro, Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud, Mankato, and Moorhead. Multi-site portfolios get one facility manager covering every location.
Is Paramount a cleaning company or a facility management company?
A facility management company. One accountable facility manager scopes your building, selects and vets specialist crews, inspects the work, and reports results. Janitorial is the most common starting point, but the same manager runs HVAC, lighting, grounds, snow, and projects on the same agreement.
Are your crews licensed and insured in Minnesota?
Yes. Every trade that requires a Minnesota license, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing, is performed by licensed contractors. We verify insurance limits before any crew is assigned, keep certificates current, and can name your ownership entity and management company as additional insured.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
Emergencies route to a 24/7 line that reaches a person, not voicemail. Water, no-heat, power loss, roof leaks, and lockouts are triaged immediately and dispatched with temporary measures where needed. Response windows for non-emergency work are written into your agreement.
Do we have to move every service at once?
No. Most buildings start with one failing lane and move the rest as existing vendor contracts expire. We will coordinate alongside your current vendors during the transition, and we can keep a vendor you already like inside our management.
How do you prove the work was actually done?
Scheduled inspection walkthroughs graded against your written scope, with photos, a corrective action log, and a monthly scorecard. Project and emergency work closes with before-and-after documentation filed to the building record.
Can you handle multiple buildings under one agreement?
Yes. Portfolio clients get one facility manager, per-building scopes, and either consolidated or per-building invoicing, whichever your accounting prefers. Owner-ready reporting is included.
