OFFICES THAT LOOK RUN, NOT JUST OCCUPIED.
Tenants judge a building by its restrooms, its lobby, and how fast something gets fixed. We manage the janitorial crew, the porter, the floor rotations, the lightbulbs, and the snow under one agreement, so your property manager makes one call instead of nine.

COMMERCIAL OFFICES QUESTIONS
STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.
Can you clean around tenant hours?
Yes. Most office programs run after the last tenant leaves, typically starting between 6 and 9 pm. Buildings with 24-hour tenants get a split schedule or daytime porter coverage instead.
Who handles tenant complaints?
Your facility manager. Tenants and your property manager get one number and one email. Requests are logged, dispatched against your response tiers, and reported back so nothing disappears.
Do you provide certificates of insurance?
Yes. We maintain certificates of insurance and W-9s for every crew we dispatch and can name the building owner and management company as additional insured where your lease or lender requires it.
Can we start with cleaning and add services later?
That is the normal path. Most offices start with janitorial and add porters, floor care, glass, lighting, or snow as the current vendor contracts expire.
How do you measure quality?
Scheduled inspection walkthroughs graded against your written scope, with photos and a corrective action log. You get the score every month, not a promise that things are fine.
