INDUSTRIES / CLEAN ROOMS & LABS

CONTAMINATION CONTROL IS THE JOB.

A controlled environment does not need a cleaning crew. It needs technicians who gown correctly, use only the chemistry on your approved list, and sign a log that survives an audit. We recruit for that discipline and manage it against your SOPs, not ours.

WHAT CLEAN ROOMS & LABS BUY FROM US

CLEANING THAT RESPECTS THE CLASSIFICATION.

The controlled space, the gray space around it, and the supporting building each have different rules. We scope all three, and the people who enter the suite are never the people who empty the loading dock.

    CONTROLLED SPACE CLEANING

    Inside the classified area

Wall-to-floor wipe-down sequences using lint-free wipes and only the chemistry your quality group has approved, performed by gowned technicians on your cadence.

  • 02

    PARTICULATE CONTROL

    Vacuums, tacky mats, airlocks

HEPA-filtered vacuums, tacky mat replacement at every transition, and gowning room upkeep so particles are stopped before the airlock, not chased after.

    GRAY SPACE JANITORIAL

    Corridors, offices, break areas

Standard facility cleaning in the unclassified areas, staffed separately so traffic and materials never flow the wrong direction.

HOW IT WORKS FOR CLEAN ROOMS & LABS

YOUR SOP. OUR STAFFING AND ACCOUNTABILITY.

We do not arrive with a template. We read your procedures, train to them, and give you one manager who is answerable when a log entry or a wipe technique drifts.

  1. 01

    SOP REVIEW

We read your cleaning procedures, approved chemical list, gowning requirements, and classification map before quoting anything.

  2. 02

    TRAINED ASSIGNMENT

A named crew is trained and qualified against your protocol, with documented sign-off before anyone enters the classified space.

  3. 03

    CONTROLLED EXECUTION

Work runs on your scheduled windows with gowning, sequence, and material handling followed exactly as written.

  4. 04

    AUDIT-READY RECORDS

Signed cleaning logs, training files, and deviation reports are maintained and produced on request without a scramble.

CLEAN ROOMS & LABS QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.

Have your crews worked in classified space before?

The technicians we assign to controlled environments are recruited and qualified for it, not rotated in from general janitorial. We document their gowning qualification and protocol training before their first entry and keep those records current.

Can you use only our approved chemicals?

Yes, and that is the only way we will work in a classified area. We source from your approved list, keep the documentation on file, and will not substitute a product because a distributor is out of stock without your quality group approving it first.

What happens if a crew member disturbs an instrument?

They are trained not to touch instruments, samples, benchtops in use, or anything flagged by your staff, and to report contact immediately rather than continue. Any contact is logged as a deviation and reported to you the same shift.

Do you provide cleaning records for inspections?

Yes. Every cleaning event is logged with date, area, technician, and materials used, signed, and retained. When a customer audit or regulatory inspection comes, the records are already organized rather than reconstructed.

Can you also cover the rest of the building?

Most lab and production clients have us run the offices, corridors, restrooms, floors, and snow as well. Staffing is kept separate between classified and unclassified areas even though the agreement and the invoice are single.
