Are your crews background checked?
Yes. Every person assigned to a school passes a background check before their first shift, and we re-run checks on the schedule your district policy requires. We will provide the documentation to your HR or business office.
How does summer work get scheduled?
We build the summer project list during the spring and lock dates around your summer programming, camps, and construction. Floor strip and gym refinishing are staged building by building so nothing collides with a room still in use.
Can you refinish our gym floor?
Yes, screen and recoat on a normal summer cycle and full sand and refinish when the wood needs it. We schedule it early enough in the break that cure time is finished well before fall sports move in.
Will the budget change mid-year?
The base program is a fixed monthly number across the school year, so it is predictable for your budget cycle. Extra work like an outbreak deep clean or an event turnaround is quoted separately and approved before it happens.
Who clears snow before buses arrive?
Our snow crews work to a trigger depth and a completion time written into the agreement, prioritizing the bus loop, walkways, and entries. Storm-by-storm logs are kept, which matters if a slip claim comes later.
