BRANCHES CLEANED UNDER YOUR SECURITY RULES.
A branch gets judged on the lobby glass, the vestibule floor, and whether the lot is clear at 8 am. We staff crews who pass background screening, work under your alarm and dual-control procedures, and deliver the same result at branch three as at branch thirty.

WHAT BANKS & FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS BUY FROM US
WHAT A BRANCH NETWORK ACTUALLY BUYS.
Security governs everything inside a branch and weather governs everything outside it. Each lane below is scoped branch by branch and rolled into one agreement with defined response times.
- 01
AFTER-HOURS JANITORIAL
Lobby, teller line, offices
Crews cleared through your screening process, badged in under alarm and dual-control rules, and logged on every entry and exit.

VESTIBULE AND FLOOR CARE
Salt, grit, and shine
ATM vestibules stay open around the clock and absorb every pound of winter salt. We scrub, neutralize, and refinish on a rotation that keeps the entry presentable.
See the service - 03
GLASS AND STOREFRONT
Lobby and drive-through
Interior and exterior glass, teller partitions, and drive-through windows cleaned on a schedule that matches branch traffic.
See the service - 04
LOT AND DRIVE-THROUGH CARE
Pavement, lanes, curbs
Sweeping, restriping of drive-through and stacking lanes, crack sealing, and sealcoating scheduled inside the short Minnesota paving season.
See the service - 05
SNOW AND ICE
Open before the doors do
Lots, walks, night-deposit paths, and ATM approaches cleared ahead of opening, with storm logs that stand up to a slip claim.
See the service - 06
SUPPLIES AND RESTROOMS
Stocked without a call
Paper, soap, liners, and restroom consumables replenished on a par level so no branch manager orders them from a big-box store again.

HOW IT WORKS FOR BANKS & FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
CLEARED CREWS, CONSISTENT BRANCHES.
We start with your security requirements, not our schedule. Every crew member is screened before a key or code is issued, and one facility manager owns every branch in the network.
- 01
SECURITY REVIEW
Screening standards, bonding limits, alarm codes, key control, dual-control rules, and restricted areas documented before anyone is assigned.
- 02
BRANCH-BY-BRANCH SCOPE
Each location walked and priced on its own square footage, vestibule hours, lane count, and lot size, then rolled into one network agreement.
- 03
MANAGED DELIVERY
Cleared crews on schedule, entry and exit logged, and photo documentation filed against each branch record.
- 04
NETWORK SCORECARD
Inspection scores compared across branches every month so your operations director sees which locations are drifting.

BANKS & FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS QUESTIONS
STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.
Are your crews background screened and bonded?
Yes. Every person assigned to a branch clears a background check before receiving access, and we carry a fidelity bond on the crews we dispatch. If your institution requires a stricter screening standard, we run it and hold the documentation on file for audit.
How do you handle after-hours access and alarms?
We work under whatever access rules your security officer sets, including two-person entry, call-in and call-out to your monitoring center, and no-access zones around the vault and teller drawers. Entry and exit times are logged for every visit.
Can you keep multiple branches consistent?
That is the core of the program. One written scope is applied at every location, adjusted only for square footage and hours, and one facility manager inspects against it. You get a monthly comparison rather than separate stories from separate vendors.
Who cleans the ATM vestibule if it is open 24 hours?
We schedule vestibule service on its own frequency, usually more often than the branch interior, because it takes salt, slush, and foot traffic when no staff is present. Floors get neutralized so salt residue does not haze the finish all winter.
Do you cover the drive-through lanes and the lot?
Yes. Lane sweeping, striping, curb repair, sealcoating, and snow clearing sit in the same agreement as the interior work. Anything that touches pavement is scheduled around banking hours so lanes stay open.
