CLEAN BEFORE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT.
Exam rooms, operatories, and waiting rooms have to be finished and documented before your first patient checks in. We staff crews who understand dwell times, color-coded microfiber, and what a bloodborne pathogen exposure plan asks of them, then hold them to a written scope your practice manager signs off on.

WHAT MEDICAL & DENTAL OFFICES BUY FROM US
WHAT A PRACTICE ACTUALLY NEEDS CLEANED.
A clinic is three buildings in one: clinical space with infection control rules, public space patients rate you on, and back office where records sit. Each lane below is scoped separately and delivered under one agreement.
- 01
CLINICAL DISINFECTION
Exam rooms and operatories
EPA-registered product applied at the labeled dwell time on high-touch clinical surfaces, with color-coded cloths that never cross between clinical and public zones.
See the service - 02
NIGHTLY JANITORIAL
Full suite after close
Waiting rooms, corridors, staff break areas, and restrooms cleaned after the last appointment so nothing is in progress at open.
See the service - 03
RESTROOM PROGRAMS
Patient and staff restrooms
Fixture detail, touchpoint disinfection, and restocking on a frequency that matches patient volume rather than a generic template.
See the service - 04
FLOOR AND CARPET CARE
Vinyl, tile, and reception carpet
Scheduled scrubbing of clinical vinyl and extraction of reception carpet, sequenced for weekends so rooms are dry before Monday.
See the service - 05
ENTRY MATTING
Salt and grit control
Matting rotations sized for Minnesota winters so road salt and slush stop at the vestibule instead of grinding into clinical flooring.
See the service - 06
HVAC AND FILTERS
Air handling upkeep
Filter change programs, coil cleaning, and no-cool response for suites where patient comfort and equipment tolerances both matter.

HOW IT WORKS FOR MEDICAL & DENTAL OFFICES
SCOPED BY ROOM TYPE, NOT BY SQUARE FOOT.
We walk your suite with your practice manager, separate clinical from public space, and write frequencies and products for each. Then one facility manager owns delivery.
- 01
CLINICAL WALKTHROUGH
Room counts, surface types, chair and operatory layout, storage of regulated waste, and where your staff currently picks up slack.
- 02
PROTOCOL SCOPE
Products, dwell times, cloth color assignments, and frequencies written per zone so any crew member can follow the same procedure.
- 03
MANAGED CLEANING
Vetted and insured crews trained on your protocol, working after close and finishing before your first scheduled appointment.
- 04
DOCUMENTED REVIEW
Monthly inspection scores, product usage, corrective actions, and any protocol changes reported to your practice manager.

MEDICAL & DENTAL OFFICES QUESTIONS
STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.
Do you handle regulated medical waste?
No. Sharps containers, red bag waste, and pharmaceutical waste stay with your licensed medical waste vendor. Our crews are trained to recognize regulated waste, leave it alone, and report anything staged incorrectly.
Are your crews trained on bloodborne pathogens?
Yes. Every crew member assigned to a clinical account completes bloodborne pathogen awareness training and works under an exposure control plan. We keep the training records and provide them when a surveyor or your compliance officer asks.
How do you prevent cross-contamination between rooms?
Color-coded microfiber assigned by zone, changed between rooms, and never returned to the bucket after use. Restroom cloths never touch exam surfaces and clinical cloths never touch the lobby.
Will your crews be around patient records?
They will be near them, and they are trained not to move, read, or photograph anything on a desk or screen. Crews are background checked and briefed on HIPAA expectations before their first shift in your suite.
Can you finish before our first appointment?
That is the standard. Most practices we serve are cleaned in the evening after the last patient, and suites with early procedure starts get an earlier crew window. Completion time is part of the written scope, not an assumption.
