INDUSTRIES / DIALYSIS CLINICS

INFECTION CONTROL IS THE PRODUCT.

Between shifts you have minutes, not hours, to turn a station over correctly. We staff crews who know the bleach concentration, the contact time, and the sequence, and we document every turnover so a survey is a filing exercise instead of a fire drill.

WHAT DIALYSIS CLINICS BUY FROM US

THE WORK A SURVEYOR LOOKS FOR.

HOW IT WORKS FOR DIALYSIS CLINICS

TURNOVER, DOCUMENTED, EVERY SHIFT.

We build the scope from your infection control policy, train to it, and keep one facility manager accountable for both execution and the records behind it.

  1. 01

    POLICY ALIGNMENT

We review your infection control policy, disinfectant of record, contact times, and the shift schedule the turnover has to fit inside.

  2. 02

    CREW QUALIFICATION

Assigned crews are trained on the sequence and contact time, tested on it, and background checked before they work a treatment floor.

  3. 03

    TIMED EXECUTION

Turnovers run inside your window between shifts, with end-of-day cleaning after the last patient leaves the unit.

  4. 04

    SURVEY FILE

Turnover logs, training records, and product documentation stay current so your administrator can produce them on demand.

DIALYSIS CLINICS QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.

Can your crew turn stations between patient shifts?

Yes, and the schedule is written around your shift times rather than a generic evening slot. We staff enough people to finish the turnover inside your window so the next shift is not waiting on cleaning.

Do you use our disinfectant or yours?

Yours, at the concentration and contact time your policy specifies. If you want a recommendation we will make one, but the disinfectant of record is your clinical decision and we document whatever you select.

What do you do in the water treatment room?

Floors, drains, walls, and equipment exteriors. Crews are instructed not to touch valves, loops, tanks, or any monitoring equipment, and to report a leak or standing water to your biomed technician immediately.

How do you support a CMS survey?

Every turnover and every scheduled cleaning is logged with date, time, area, and technician. Training certificates and safety data sheets stay in a maintained file, so when a surveyor asks what happened on a given date there is a signed record.

Who covers a callout or a sick crew member?

Your facility manager. Because we manage a bench of vetted crews rather than a single team, a callout is a dispatch problem on our side, not an uncleaned treatment floor on yours.
