INDUSTRIES / DAYCARE & CHILDCARE CENTERS

PASS THE LICENSING VISIT.

A licensor walks in unannounced and looks at the diaper area, the toy bins, the nap mats, and the sink. We clean to that standard every night with child-safe chemistry, background-checked crews, and a written scope your director can hand to an inspector.

WHAT DAYCARE & CHILDCARE CENTERS BUY FROM US

WHAT AN INSPECTOR CHECKS FIRST.

Licensing looks at the same handful of things every visit. We scope each of them explicitly instead of hiding them inside a line that says general cleaning.

  • 01

    TOY AND SURFACE SANITIZING

    Bins, tables, manipulatives

Hard toys, activity tables, and shared surfaces sanitized nightly with product rated for food-contact and mouthed-item use, rinsed where the label requires it.

  • 02

    DIAPER AREA PROTOCOL

    Changing stations and sinks

Changing tables, pails, handwashing sinks, and adjacent walls cleaned in a fixed sequence with materials that never leave that zone.

  • 03

    NAP MATS AND COTS

    Sleep surfaces on rotation

Cot and mat wipe-down on a documented rotation so surfaces children sleep on are not the thing that got skipped this week.

  • 04

    NIGHTLY CLASSROOM CLEANING

    Rooms, halls, restrooms

Classrooms, corridors, child restrooms, and staff areas cleaned after the last pickup so no product is in use while children are present.

  • 05

    KITCHEN AND SNACK PREP

    Food areas and equipment

Prep surfaces, appliance exteriors, floors, and drains cleaned to the standard your food licensing expects, including under and behind equipment.

  • 06

    OUTBREAK DEEP CLEAN

    Short-notice response

When a room reports a stomach bug or hand-foot-and-mouth, we dispatch a targeted deep clean of that room and shared areas within a day.

HOW IT WORKS FOR DAYCARE & CHILDCARE CENTERS

SCOPED THE WAY LICENSING READS IT.

We write the scope room by room and zone by zone, in the same language your licensor uses, then assign one manager who owns whether it happened.

  1. 01

    CENTER WALKTHROUGH

Room count, licensed capacity, age groups, diaper areas, kitchen setup, and the items your last licensing visit flagged.

  2. 02

    ZONED SCOPE

Products, frequencies, and sequences written per zone with safety data sheets compiled for the binder your inspector asks about.

  3. 03

    AFTER-HOURS DELIVERY

Background-checked crews work after the last child leaves, so chemistry and equipment are never near children.

  4. 04

    INSPECTION SUPPORT

Monthly scored walkthroughs plus a documented record you can show a licensor without preparing for it.

DAYCARE & CHILDCARE CENTERS QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.

What products do you use around children?

Sanitizers rated for food-contact and mouthed surfaces where toys and tables are concerned, and stronger disinfectants only in diaper areas and restrooms where the label allows it. Safety data sheets for everything we bring in stay in a binder on site.

Do you clean while children are in the building?

No. The nightly program starts after the last pickup and finishes before morning drop-off. If your center needs midday restroom or spill coverage we staff a porter separately rather than mixing cleaning chemistry into classroom hours.

Are your crews background checked?

Yes, every crew member assigned to a childcare account, before their first shift. We keep the documentation current and provide it to your director or licensor on request.

Can you help us prepare for a licensing visit?

We scope to the standard year-round so preparation is not a special event. Before a scheduled review we will do a walkthrough with your director and address anything flagged, and the cleaning records are already assembled.

How fast can you respond to an illness outbreak?

Usually within one business day, often the same evening depending on the storm of the moment and your location. The deep clean is quoted from a standing rate in your agreement, so approval is a phone call rather than a new contract.
