INDUSTRIES / HOTELS & HOSPITALITY

PUBLIC SPACE THAT SURVIVES INSPECTION.

Housekeeping owns the guest rooms. Everything else is ours: the lobby stone, the corridor carpet, the elevator tracks, the fitness and pool areas, and the entry a guest sees before they ever reach the desk. Crews work overnight and stay invisible.

WHAT HOTELS & HOSPITALITY BUY FROM US

THE SPACES THAT SET THE REVIEW SCORE.

Guests rate a property on first impression and shared spaces. These lanes carry that weight, and every one of them runs on a documented frequency your brand auditor can read.

  • 01

    PUBLIC SPACE CLEANING

    Lobby, corridors, elevators

Nightly service of lobbies, pre-function areas, corridors, elevator cabs and tracks, and public restrooms, separate from and coordinated with housekeeping.

    BANQUET AND MEETING TURNS

    Reset between bookings

Room flips between events, trash and linen pull, floor service, and pre-function staging so the next group walks into a finished room.

HOW IT WORKS FOR HOTELS & HOSPITALITY

SCOPED TO YOUR BRAND STANDARD.

We start from the brand QA checklist you already get graded against, then build frequencies that keep every line item passing between audits.

  1. 01

    PROPERTY WALKTHROUGH

Public square footage, floor materials, banquet inventory, pool and fitness areas, and the brand standards you are measured on.

  2. 02

    FREQUENCY BUILD

Nightly, weekly, and periodic rotations written against each space so deep work lands before an audit, not after.

  3. 03

    OVERNIGHT DELIVERY

Uniformed crews working low-occupancy hours, staging equipment out of guest sightlines and clearing before the morning rush.

  4. 04

    PRE-AUDIT REVIEW

Scored inspection of every public space with photos and a corrective list sent to your general manager ahead of brand QA.

HOTELS & HOSPITALITY QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.

Do you replace our housekeeping department?

No. Guest rooms stay with your housekeeping team. We take public space, banquet turns, periodic floor and carpet work, and exterior, which is where in-house labor usually runs short first. The two schedules are coordinated so nothing overlaps or gets missed.

Will guests see your crews working?

Rarely. Public space work runs in the overnight window, equipment is staged out of sightlines, and loud tasks are scheduled where they will not carry into guest corridors. Crews are uniformed and briefed to step aside and greet guests if they do cross paths.

Can you handle back-to-back banquet bookings?

Yes. We staff turns against your banquet event orders, so a room that ends at four and reopens at six gets a crew sized for that window. Same-day additions are handled through your facility manager rather than a request queue.

How do you support brand QA inspections?

We scope from your brand standard document and inspect against it monthly, with photos. Before a scheduled audit we run a pre-audit walkthrough and clear the corrective list, so the inspector finds work already done.

What happens during a Minnesota snow event overnight?

Drive lanes, valet paths, and entry walks are cleared and salted before early check-out traffic, and again through the day if accumulation continues. Every push and salt application is logged with timestamps for your risk file.
