INDUSTRIES / AUTO DEALERSHIPS

THE SHOWROOM SELLS THE CAR.

Shoppers read the floor shine, the glass, and the restroom before they read the window sticker. Behind that, the service drive tracks oil and the lot has to stay plowed wide enough to move inventory. We run the whole property so your general manager is not calling five vendors before a brand audit.

WHAT AUTO DEALERSHIPS BUY FROM US

EVERY SQUARE FOOT A SHOPPER SEES.

A dealership is a retail floor, an industrial shop, and a large paved lot on one site. Each needs different equipment and chemistry, and all of it has to be ready when the doors open.

  • 01

    SHOWROOM FLOOR CARE

    Polished concrete and tile

Nightly burnishing and scheduled restoration so the floor under the inventory reflects light instead of showing tire marks and scuffs.

  • 02

    GLASS AND STOREFRONT

    Curtain wall and entries

Interior and exterior glass on a rotation sized to your elevation, including the tall showroom walls that a squeegee on a pole will not reach.

  • 03

    SERVICE BAY DEGREASING

    Drive, bays, shop floor

Oil-stained concrete scrubbed with degreasing chemistry and equipment built for shop floors, including drains and the customer-facing service drive.

  • 04

    LOUNGE AND RESTROOMS

    Where customers wait

Customer lounge, coffee station, kids area, and restrooms cleaned and restocked on a daytime schedule, because a two-hour service wait is a two-hour inspection.

  • 05

    LOT MAINTENANCE

    Sweeping, striping, sealcoat

Spring sweeping, crack repair, sealcoating, and restriping so display rows and customer parking stay clearly marked through the season.

  • 06

    SNOW AND ICE

    Inventory stays shoppable

Aggressive plowing with stacking planned so piles do not eat display rows, plus walk clearing and salting before the sales floor opens.

HOW IT WORKS FOR AUTO DEALERSHIPS

ONE PROPERTY, ONE ACCOUNTABLE MANAGER.

We walk the showroom, the shop, and the pavement in one visit, then price the whole site so nothing falls between vendors the week before an image audit.

  1. 01

    SITE WALKTHROUGH

Showroom square footage, bay count, floor and glass types, lot acreage, display layout, and your brand image requirements.

  2. 02

    FULL SITE SCOPE

Interior frequencies, shop schedules, glass rotations, pavement projects, and a snow agreement priced as one program.

  3. 03

    MANAGED EXECUTION

Crews work overnight and on the service schedule so cleaning never competes with a customer walking the floor.

  4. 04

    MONTHLY SCORECARD

Inspection results, spend by lane, pavement condition notes, and upcoming seasonal work sent to your general manager.

AUTO DEALERSHIPS QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.

Can you get the showroom floor to hold a shine?

Yes, with the right program for your surface. Polished concrete needs burnishing and the correct pads rather than more coating, and tile or terrazzo needs its own cycle. We identify the floor first and then build the rotation that keeps it consistent.

Do you clean the service bays too?

Yes. Bay floors, the service drive, and shop drains are scrubbed with degreasing equipment on a schedule that fits between shifts. Shop work is quoted separately from the front of house because the labor and chemistry are different.

How do you handle snow without burying inventory?

Stacking locations are agreed during the walkthrough so piles land where they will not cost you display rows or block the service drive. We plow to a trigger depth with a completion time in writing and keep storm logs.

Can you meet manufacturer image standards?

We scope to whatever your brand audit checklist requires, including glass frequency, floor appearance, signage cleaning, and lot condition. Bring us the checklist and it becomes part of the written scope rather than a scramble the week before.

Will crews work around evening sales hours?

Yes. Interior work runs after the sales floor closes, glass and pavement projects are scheduled to avoid weekend traffic, and the customer lounge gets daytime porter coverage while the shop is busy.
