INDUSTRIES / RELIGIOUS FACILITIES

READY BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN.

A worship building sits quiet most of the week, then takes a full congregation in three hours. Volunteers cannot carry that forever. We handle the sanctuary, the fellowship hall, the nursery, and the lot so your staff spends the week on ministry instead of vacuuming.

WHAT RELIGIOUS FACILITIES BUY FROM US

WHAT VOLUNTEERS SHOULD STOP DOING.

Most congregations call us after the same three people have carried the building for years. These are the lanes that wear volunteers down fastest, and they are the ones we take first.

  • 01

    SANCTUARY CARE

    Pews, aisles, fixed seating

Vacuuming between and beneath fixed seating, pew wiping, aisle runners, and platform detail on a rhythm set by your service schedule.

  • 02

    FELLOWSHIP HALL AND KITCHEN

    After the potluck

Post-event floor service, table and chair reset, and kitchen cleaning including hoods, ranges, and floor drains that volunteers never get to.

  • 03

    NURSERY AND CLASSROOMS

    Where parents look first

Toy and touchpoint disinfection, restroom and changing area service, and floor care between weekday programs and weekend use.

  • 04

    EVENT TURNAROUNDS

    Weddings and funerals

Short-notice resets between a Saturday wedding and a Sunday service, or a funeral luncheon and an evening class, scheduled through one contact.

  • 05

    FLOORS AND CARPET

    Periodic deep work

Extraction and hard-floor refinishing scheduled in the quiet weeks so a high-traffic narthex carpet lasts years longer than it otherwise would.

  • 06

    LOT CLEARING BEFORE SERVICES

    Large lots, early mornings

Plowing and salting finished well before the first arrival, including accessible stalls and the walks from the far end of a big lot.

HOW IT WORKS FOR RELIGIOUS FACILITIES

SCOPED TO YOUR CALENDAR AND YOUR BUDGET.

A worship building does not need a five-night program. It needs the right work on the right days. We price only what your calendar actually calls for.

  1. 01

    CAMPUS WALKTHROUGH

Sanctuary seating, hall and kitchen use, classroom count, lot size, and the weekly rhythm of everything that happens in the building.

  2. 02

    STEWARDSHIP PROPOSAL

A base scope your budget supports, with clearly priced add-ons for event turns so the board can approve without guessing.

  3. 03

    SERVICE-DAY DELIVERY

Crews finish ahead of every service, and event turns are scheduled off your building calendar rather than a phone call the night before.

  4. 04

    QUARTERLY CHECK-IN

A walkthrough with your facilities team or trustee to adjust frequencies as the calendar and the budget change.

ONE FACILITY MANAGER SO YOUR VOLUNTEERS GET THEIR WEEKENDS BACK

RELIGIOUS FACILITIES QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE THE WALKTHROUGH.

We only use the building two days a week. Do we need full service?

No, and we will not sell it to you. Most congregations run a service-day cleaning plus one midweek visit for the classrooms and offices that see weekday use. Periodic deep work goes on a quarterly or annual rotation instead of a weekly one.

Can you work around weddings and funerals on short notice?

Yes. Event turns are priced in the agreement up front so a funeral scheduled Tuesday for Thursday does not need a new quote. Your facility manager takes the call and staffs the turn.

How do you clean between fixed pews?

With low-profile equipment and crews who work row by row rather than down the aisle. Pew backs, hymnal racks, and the floor beneath the seating get attention on the regular rotation, and the sanctuary gets a deeper reset before major holidays.

Our budget is tight. How is this priced?

By scope, not by guesswork. You see the cost of each lane separately, so the board can approve sanctuary and lot care now and add kitchen or floor rotations later. We would rather hold a smaller scope for years than oversell one you cancel.

Will the lot be clear before Sunday morning?

Yes. Worship lots are scheduled ahead of the first service time, not by a generic route order, and that includes accessible stalls and the long walks from overflow parking. Every push and salt run is logged with a timestamp.
